and I was SO surprised. I hate scales and hardly ever use them. I weighed 231 at the beginning of the summer so I assumed that’s what I still weighed. I’m actually 220 now (: although, I must admit I went through a really bad break up this summer and just couldn’t eat I was so upset, and a bunch of my friends and started hiking a lot. My 1st goal weight will be 199. I can’t remember the last time I was under 200 lbs. I may throw a party I’ll be so excited (:
